My fender on my car was damaged and I needed it repaired asap. Lous auto not only made it a smooth process but the turn around time was very fast. I also took my car to them for my back bumper as well due to prior damage . They gave me a very fair estimate for both my fender and bumper and were able to repair them quickly . My car is back to looking brand new ! Their staff made the process so easy and they are very friendly. I have called them for advice on my car since bringing it in and they are always  very honest and helpful . I'm so happy I found a shop in the area I can trust . I needed new tires and they helped me right away. Asked me what they needed to know and helped me decide on the best tires for my car (yes I'm one of those drivers...) within a reasonable price. My oil pan and gasket were unexpectedly damaged and the following day they were able to get it fixed in a few hours. The staff is very friendly and they'll tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle instead of charging for extra things you don't need.
